This is a recreation of the Miners Need Cool Shoes editor, as it was between 2010 to 2014. The site did a re-design in 2014, as to support the Minecraft 1.8 skin overhaul. That redesign persisted ever since, becoming the editor most people remember.

This editor was originally written in Flash. As Flash was discontinued, and the editor ran poorly in Flash emulators, it has been re-written from the ground up in vanilla Javascript.

While not 100% accurate to the original, as some tweaks were made to improve the general experience, most elements have been kept as they originally were.

This recreated editor was originally used as part of an April Fools joke for April 1, 2024.
