To celebrate the anniversary of NeedCoolerShoes, we are hosting the first ever NCRS JAM. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Theme: Your pick of Rebirth, Cyberpunk or Ancient Civilization
Prize: $25 AUD (~$16 USD) Steam gift card

Badges will be awarded for first, second and third places, as well every participant will receive a participant badge.

Rules

1. Skins must be created in the time span of the jam (30 Apr - 7 May).
2. Any skin parts used must be attributed correctly (the site handles most of this).
3. Skins must abide by the site rules.
4. Skins must be relevant to the theme in some way.
5. Skins can be made in any editor, but must be submitted to this site, with the tag: ncrsjam-24.
6. You may submit multiple skins, but only one of your skins can win first, second or third.

Judging Criteria

1. Thematic: How well does the skin interpret and use the theme.
2. Technical: How detailed, or stylised the art is. Good shading, texturing etc.
3. Creative: How much of the skin is the author's own creation.

Misc

• You are allowed to use parts of other skins.
  • These must be attributed correctly, so if you have taken them from another site make sure to list it in the description.
  • Relying too much on other skin parts may impact your Creative score.
• Winner will be contacted through the email tied to their account, to arrange the prize. Make sure this is correct.
• Feel free to invite anyone you think would like to participate. All they need is an account on the site in order to submit.
